At Light + Building 2026 in Frankfurt, the world's leading trade fair for lighting and building services technology, the Virtual Lighting Design Community (VLDC), co-founded by Martin, hosted the VLD Community Future Forum at the Design Plaza in Hall 3.1. Under the theme “Look into the future”, the day was designed as a shared community space where ideas, people and possibilities come together: to listen, learn, celebrate one another and ask meaningful questions about the future of lighting and the communities that shape it. The programme included keynotes by Flynn Talbot and Brad Koerner and closed with a community networking gathering.
