Bangkok Design Week, Thailand's largest design festival, turns the city into a stage for creative ideas across design, architecture and light (29 January – 8 February 2026). On 31 January Martin presented “AI and the Future of Lighting Design”, asking a question many in the profession are thinking about: will lighting designers be replaced by AI? He looked at how artificial intelligence is already changing the way lighting designers work, and what that means for the future of the profession.
