Lux Futurum 2025, Shanghai, China

Lux Futurum, the international recognition programme for future-oriented lighting concepts, products and projects, returned for its second edition in Shanghai, a fitting location where Eastern innovation meets Western influence. Produced by the Virtual Lighting Design Community (VLDC), co-founded by Martin, the main event brought winners, judges and the lighting design community together, with keynotes by Daan Roosegaarde and Satoshi Ohashi and presentations by the winners, such as Sahil Tanveer's Photon Pavilion, where AI and architecture come together to redefine our relationship with light and darkness.
